FARMER'S MARKET

FARMER'S MARKET
Nancy Herman
8" x 6"
oil on canvas board

The Ardmore Farmer's Market is always a place to see lots of interesting colors and shapes.  I sometimes wonder what the Amish think of all the mainliners rushing around buying things as fast as they can, dressed in expensive clothes and shoes and carrying pocketbooks decorated with designer names.

$125.00

Remember that portrait class you took awhile back, Nancy? Well, whatever it was you learned in that class is really shining forth in this beautiful, quiet painting/portrait.
I think I've even bought more than my share of donuts from this particular young lady.
Wonderful!

She certainly seems patient with the melee! ;-)

Intricate composition. Well done.

This one is just perfect. She does seem patient and sort of expectant.

That farmers market sounds like an interesting blend of two worlds. Wouldn't I just love to be a fly on the wall there?:)
